01Acceptance of Terms

By visiting inderoots.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are accessing the site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Inderoots reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

02Products & Pricing

All products listed on inderoots.in are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and differences in screen calibration.

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout. We will not honour pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

03Orders & Payment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders where payment has been received. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

We accept payment via UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AmEx), and Cash on Delivery (available on select pin codes). All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Inderoots does not store your card details.

Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of placing an order, please contact us at namaste@inderoots.in.

04Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.

A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Inderoots is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Large or heavy items (e.g. tables, consoles) may require special handling and additional lead time. We will contact you proactively if your order is subject to an extended delivery window.

05Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing namaste@inderoots.in with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, or dimensional discrepancies within the stated product tolerances. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces are strictly non-returnable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

06Custom & B2B Orders

Custom fabrication and bulk B2B orders are governed by a separate written agreement between Inderoots and the client. These terms apply only to the extent not superseded by that agreement. Custom orders require a deposit of 50% upon confirmation; the balance is due before dispatch.

Custom and B2B orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced. Prototypes or samples approved by the client are considered final confirmation of specifications. Inderoots will not be liable for discrepancies arising from client-approved samples.

07Intellectual Property

All content on inderoots.in — including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and the Inderoots brand identity — is the exclusive property of Inderoots (M S International) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part of this website or its content without prior written consent from Inderoots.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inderoots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury resulting from misuse of products.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

09Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
