01Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not yet available but is planned — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we launch.
If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please reach out to us directly at namaste@inderoots.in or on WhatsApp — we will do our best to arrange delivery.
02Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). After payment confirmation:
- Packing & quality check: 1–3 business days
- Dispatch: Within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation
- Delivery in transit: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination zone
Note: During sale periods, festive seasons, or for custom-fabricated pieces, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you proactively if your order is affected.
03Delivery Zones
Estimated delivery times from dispatch date by destination:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, or local conditions.
04Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹10,000: Free shipping across India
- Orders below ₹10,000: Flat ₹299 shipping charge applied at checkout
- Large / heavy items: Furniture and oversized pieces may carry an additional handling charge — displayed at checkout before payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes with a ₹50 COD convenience charge
All prices are GST-inclusive. No hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
05Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time through our logistics partner's portal.
If you have not received a tracking update within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at namaste@inderoots.in — we will investigate immediately.
06Large & Heavy Items
Tables, consoles, shelving units, and other large-format pieces require special handling and additional packaging. For such orders:
- Dispatch lead time may extend to 5–7 business days to allow proper crating
- Our team will call you prior to dispatch to confirm the delivery address and arrange a suitable time window
- Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the piece
- Delivery to upper floors without a lift may require prior arrangement — please inform us at the time of ordering
07Damaged in Transit
Despite our careful packaging, damage in transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for the return claim
- Photograph the damage clearly, including the outer packaging
- Email us at namaste@inderoots.in within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number
- We will arrange a pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice
Important: Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
08Failed & Returned Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive it, our logistics partner will make up to 2 more attempts. After that, the parcel may be returned to us.
In the event of a returned shipment due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
