Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy


At Inderoots, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handcrafted home decor and furniture items. Since most of our products are handmade and unique, we have established a fair policy for returns and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at hello@inderoots.in with your Order ID. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.

2. Returns & Damages (Damaged during transit)
Since we deal with fragile and premium materials (such as iron, marble, glass, and brass), we ensure high-quality export packaging. However, if any damage occurs during transit, we’ve got you covered:

Reporting Window: Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required: To claim a replacement or refund for damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging sent to hello@inderoots.in.

Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized/Bespoke Products: Items made to order, custom sizes, or personalized designs.

Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance sale or promotional offer.

Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.

4. Refund Process
Once your return/damage claim is inspected and approved by our team, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement.

If a refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs
For Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Inderoots will bear the return shipping costs or arrange a reverse pickup.

For General Returns (Change of Mind): If returns are accepted for reasons other than damage, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
